Who is Tracey

Tracey Miles has worked at Investing Ethically Ltd since it was founded in 2000, with previous financial services roles. Outside work she enjoys regular exercise by going to the gym, walking, and reading.

Tracey is married with two adult children and two beautiful grandchildren, all of whom she is immensely proud of and loves spending time with.

Like many of us, during lockdown, Tracey found a new love for her garden. Her fingers are a lot greener than they were, but she says she's still got much to learn!

Tracey enjoys her holidays abroad and - closer to home - she and her husband have purchased a static caravan on the Norfolk coast, where they regularly relax at the weekends.

Tracey and her husband recently celebrated their 30th wedding anniversary - and are looking forward to many more happy years together.

What's it like working at Investing Ethically?

I have really enjoyed seeing the business grow and building the amazing team we now have. In my role I take care of everything 'behind the scenes' at the office and am proud to keep the company records, databases and accounts in good order, to allow the business to run smoothly. I like that we're a small business where our advisers truly care about our clients, on both a personal and a financial level. I'm always impressed by how much they can remember about people's lives, which shows just how much they care.
