Who is Lucy

Lucy joined the Investing Ethically team in January 2026, bringing with her a diverse background that blends a technical and creative flair with administrative experience. She previously worked as a Lecturer at a creative college, where she taught recording techniques and music production, and has experience within administrative and client-facing roles.

Lucy’s move to Investing Ethically stems from her love of learning and a desire to apply her technical skills to a new field. While she enjoys nurturing her creative side, she has discovered a genuine love for “left-brain” analytical work. She is excited to be gaining knowledge in the finance industry and takes pride in representing a business that aligns with her own ethical values.

Lucy lives in Norwich with her partner and their cat, Evie. On the weekends, they love nothing more than a long walk around the UEA lake and a visit to one of the city’s many independent coffee shops.

In the warmer and sunnier months, Lucy loves rollerskating with friends from the Norwich Rollergirls group (and usually takes charge of the playlist) – she’s still working on her confidence with backwards skating.

What's it like working at Investing Ethically?

I’m grateful that the team here have been so welcoming and generous with their time in helping me get up to speed. There are naturally a lot of new things to learn, but I’m feeling supported, and enjoying working in such a positive team environment. I’m looking forward to continuing to gain new skills and learn from my fabulous colleagues!
