Charlotte Bailey

Administrator

 

Charlotte is an administrator for Investing Ethically. She has a certificate in Financial Products and has completed an apprenticeship in Business and Administration. Her greatest assets are her attention to detail and determination to achieve the best for herself and her colleagues.

Having been involved in Guiding, ever since she was a Brownie, she is now a Qualified Brownie Leader for her local group, and loves taking trips and camping with the pack.

Her free time is spent with family and friends, either ten pin bowling or baking cakes, which the team are particularly fond of!

Favourite Part of the Job?
“As my first official role since leaving school, Investing Ethically has supported me to complete my Apprenticeship and gain further qualifications. It has been a huge learning curve since leaving college and very challenging but I am grateful for the opportunities and support I have been given.”

Worst Part of the Job?
“Sorting issues with providers when they haven’t followed our instructions. I realise we are all human and my negotiating skills have come on tenfold to ensure that we are insistent that tasks are completed that are out of our control.”
