The ‘Real Living Wage’, calculated by the Living Wage Foundation, is based on the idea that a hard day’s work deserves a fair day’s pay. The wage rate is based on what employees and their families need to live, and is higher than the Minimum Wage and the government’s ‘National Living Wage’.
Here at Investing Ethically we committed to paying the Real Living Wage in 2018, and this week marks our two year anniversary.
