We are pleased to announce that our apprentice Charlotte has passed another exam, covering financial services, regulation & ethics.  Combined with her previous exam this means she has completed The Chartered Insurance Institute’s Certificate in Financial Services.  Well done Charlotte, on the way to becoming a paraplanner!
