Following government guidance, we have closed the office and are now all working from home. We are very much still open for business, although our working patterns have changed. We have taken the following steps to ensure we continue to be available to answer any questions you might have, and to deliver a service to all clients.
The office phone has been set to answerphone, and you are welcome to leave a message. We will be checking the phone regularly during the working day and will endeavour to return your call as soon as we can.
For existing clients, if you want to speak to your adviser, the best option is to email them directly and agree a time for a call. Their email addresses are:

We will also continue to receive, and respond to, any emails sent via the Contact section of the website.
We will also be emailing, rather than posting, documents to clients. We will password protect any documents containing personal information.
If you would like to ‘meet’ with your adviser, we have access to Skype, Facetime, WhatsApp and other video meeting technology. Again, just email your adviser directly to arrange.
Pending further restrictions from the Government, we will be checking incoming post at regular intervals and will process any cheques as and when we can. Wherever possible, if you are able to email scanned copies (or photos) of any documents this will be faster and preferable.
It is not quite ‘business as usual’ and we appreciate your understanding and patience. Our aim is to continue to deliver the personal service to our clients during this uncertain and unusual period.
