Favourite Part of the Job?
“Talking with clients and helping them understand their options.  Enabling them to get to where they want to be is by far the most rewarding part of the job.”

Worst Part of the Job?
“So much paperwork!  The financial services industry is still a long way from allowing a paperless office!”
