About Investing Ethically
Since we started, over 20 years ago, we’ve built our business with an ethical approach. It’s at the heart of who we and what we do. We care about the world and its people. We were originally founded on Quaker principles, and values such as honesty, transparency and simplicity remain central to how we operate.
As a client, we’ll work hard to get to know you – your life, your needs, your values. We want to build a long-lasting relationship based on trust. We are patient and we’ll encourage you to take the time to understand and make the right decisions.
As Financial Planners we provide advice on pensions, investments, and other financial products – but we also offer much broader support on planning, budgeting and meeting long-term goals in life. We are independent, so are not tied to any specific financial institution. This means our clients have access to products from the whole of the market.
Our four financial planners have over 60 years’ combined experience in ethical investing. We’re also Chartered – a status awarded by the CII (Chartered Insurance Institute) to firms showing eminence in the profession.
We’re based in Norfolk, with clients across the UK. We’ll meet with clients in person, although often now we’ll do meetings online – reducing travel and helping cut our carbon footprint.
We’re a small business, where everyone in the team is valued. We’re signed up to the real Living Wage, the Living Pension initiative, the Norfolk Carbon Charter, and the Women in Finance Charter. We have won Sustainable Ethical Planner of the Year and been finalists in Small Adviser of the Year and the Women in Finance Awards. We’re also active in our support for local and national charities.
Above all, we are here to help. Any initial conversation you have with us will be free and without any commitment. So get in touch today.

Supporting our community
We’re only a small company, but we’re pleased to provide support to a number of local and national charities, each of which we feel makes a big contribution to important causes.

Freedom from Torture is dedicated to healing and protecting people who have survived torture. They provide therapies, medically document torture, and provide legal and welfare help. They expose torture globally, fight to hold torturing states to account and campaign for fairer treatment of torture survivors in the UK.
Wheatfen Nature Reserve
Wheatfen is a beautiful and nationally-important nature reserve in the heart of the Norfolk Broads, a home to the rare Swallowtail butterfly. It is managed by the Ted Ellis Trust – preserving the legacy of Ted Ellis, one of Britain’s great naturalists.
Stepping Stones
Stepping Stones provides a safe environment in which adults with learning disabilities can access education and training. Their mission is to increase students’ knowledge and confidence, encouraging them to lead more independent and fulfilling lives within their community.
Norwich Food Hub
Norwich Food Hub works to tackle food poverty by reducing the amount of edible food being wasted. They collect surplus food from local retailers, sort and store it, and then redistribute it to other local charities who get it to the people who need it.
