Cochabamba is not a new dance craze or an alchopop but an area in Bolivia.

Cochabamba is not a new dance craze or an alchopop but an area in Bolivia.

In one of the poorest areas in the world the Farmers have had to cut rainforest in order to farm.
Now we can change that.
Our colleagues David Vincent and John Fleetwood have founded an Industrial Provident Soc. to channel funds to this new project.

Money into this fund works on different levels:
•    It provides poor farmers with vital additional income whilst also allowing them control over their land and future
•    It halts and reverses the encroachment of the Amazonian rainforest through more sustainable farming practices and reforestation
•    It uses native species which is essential to maximizing the natural biodiversity of the region and this is recognised by being nominated for the CCBA Gold award
•    It is one of only a few forestry projects in the world to be officially certified by the EU as achieving Carbon Development Mechanism status, which not only verifies the carbon offsetting value of the project but allows it to sell credits to European governments
•    It is an investment, whereby the directors plan to be able to pay an interest rate of up to 7.5% on shares.
The minimum investment is £1,000 with a maximum of £20,000 per investor.
