Our admins provide support to colleagues across the team, doing all the essential background things that keep the business running smoothly. They prepare paperwork and draft documents, manage the post, and help with client enquiries – so you might sometimes speak with Charlotte, as well as your adviser.
Who is Charlotte
Charlotte joined Investing Ethically, in 2014, where she gained her apprenticeship in Business and Administration. She holds a Certificate in Financial Products and is currently building her skills in our IT systems.
Charlotte lives in Norwich with her family. In her spare time she used to enjoy baking and ten-pin bowling – although with a young family, spare time is now a bit of a luxury!

What's it like working at Investing Ethically?
I like it that every day here is different and varied. Investing Ethically was my first full-time job since leaving school, and supported me to complete my apprenticeship and gain further qualifications. I'm grateful to be part of such a friendly and encouraging team. I like keeping track of tasks and taking forwards our work for clients - although sometimes it can be frustrating sorting problems with providers when they haven't followed our instructions!
